BERGENFIELD, NJ – Effective Tuesday September 7th, the hours of the Bergenfield food pantry will change to Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Please note that access to the food pantry will be by appointment only going forward for any resident wishing to visit. To schedule an appointment, please call 201-387-4055 ext. 4160.
“It has been a top priority of our Borough to ensure that no family goes hungry as a result of this pandemic,” said Mayor Amatorio. “Our food pantry has done a tremendous job over the last year and a half in particular and will continue to help residents in need going forward.”
The food pantry is located within Borough Hall at 198 N. Washington Avenue and has been serving Bergenfield residents in need since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Visitors to the building and to the pantry will be required to wear a mask for the protection of themselves and others.
