Bergenfield Clean Communities and the Department of Public Works will host a community litter cleanup at Cooper's Pond on Saturday, April 13th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. All are welcome to participate.

Please take notice that the scheduled Site Plan Committee meeting on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 7:00 pm will take place at Borough Hall, 198 N. Washington Ave, Bergenfield.

Free native trees from NJ Forestry for residents on April 13th, 2019 at Coopers Pond Fieldhouse from 10:00AM to 1:00PM in celebration of Arbor Day.

The Bergenfield Health Department will be offering complimentary Adult Hearing Screens on Thursday, April 18th at 9:00AM till 12 noon. The location will be at the Bergenfield Borough Hall 198 N. Washington Ave. An audiologist from American Hearing Centers will perform the screenings. Please call the Bergenfield Health Department at 201-387-4055 ex 5 to schedule your appointment.

The Mayor and Council Work Session Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the Executive Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, located at 198 North Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, NJ 07621 will commence at 7:30 p.m. Council will open the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to enter into Closed Session to discuss RSC Architects Proposal. No formal action will be taken. The Work Session will resume at 8:00 p.m.

RECYCLING CARTS ARRIVE STARTING END OF MARCH 2019

Your new recycling cart will have two wheels, a grey body, and a green lid.

Carts will be dropped off at your residence at the end of March, along with more information about the program.

Effective April 1st, cans, cartons, glass, paper & plastic will all go together into this cart & the cart will be collected once a week.
