Bulk pickup scheduled for Wednesday, January 12th in Quadrant 2 (Northwest) has been postponed until Thursday January 13th due to the impending snow storm.According to the National Weather Service snow is expected to start to fall this evening (1/11), continue overnight and throughout most of Wednesday (1/12) with the heaviest snow fall between midnight and noon on Wednesday. Total accumulations are now predicted to be in the 7-10 inch range. Expected wind gusts up to-25 mph may produce near blizzard conditions.
Do not place bulk pick up items at the curb until after 6 pm on Wednesday night, January 12th.

Due to the State of Emergency resulting from the blizzard, Bergenfield Borough Hall will be closed on Monday, December 27, 2010. Borough Hall will reopen on Tuesday, December 28 at 8:30 a.m.
The Garbage/Recycling Newsletter inadvertently left out garbage pickup for the Southeast Quadrant 3# on Thursday December 23rd and Thursday December 30th.
