When applying for these permits, or additions, pools and any exterior projects, you will need to bring a copy of your survey to the Building Department.

The Borough requires a Certificate of Continued Occupancy on all resales of one and two family dwellings, rentals of one and two family dwellings, business rentals and changes, and new occupants prior to closing. Garage sales also require permits. (Apply for the Garage sale permit with this application form) The applications are also available at the Building Department.
