COUNTY OF BERGEN, NJ PUBLIC NOTICE ON PROPOSED PREQUALIFICATION REGULATIONS AND QUESTIONNAIRE FOR HISTORIC REHABILITATION Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 6th, 2010, at or about 8 pm, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bergenfield, 198 North Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, New Jersey, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers on the adoption of Prequalification Regulations and Questionnaire which will apply to the anticipated bid for general restoration contractors for the rehabilitation of the Historic Tunis R. Cooper Residence. Any member of the public wishing to comment will be heard at that time. A vote to accept the proposed Prequalification Regulations and Questionnaire for the Historic Rehabilitation to the Tunis R. Cooper Residence will take place after the close of the public hearing. Anyone wishing to inspect the proposed Prequalification Regulations and Questionnaire for the Historic Rehabilitation to the Tunis R. Cooper Residence, prior to the meeting on Tuesday, April 6th, 2010 may do so Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm at the office of Frederick McGarril, Administrator, Borough Hall, Bergenfield, N.J.
