Last Week of Vegetation Pick-Up - October 2-6, 2017

The week of October 2-6, 2017 will be the last week of vegetation pick up. DPW will be picking up grass and leaves from the street starting Tuesday, October 10, 2017.

Late Night Voter Registration - Tuesday, October 17, 2017

Late night voter registration will be on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Borough Hall on the second floor. The Borough Clerk's office will be open until 9:00 P.M.

FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map and Flood Insurance Study

FEMA has provided the Borough with a copy of the revised preliminary copies of the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for review and comment. No new flood hazard information has been presented in the FIRM panels and FIS report for Bergenfield. However, since Bergenfield is geographically located on one or more of the revised map panels, FEMA will continue to share information at key processing stages during the map update. Digital copies of the revised FIRM and FIS report materials can be found at Please note, the Bergenfield map number is 34003C0192J.
